Ashley Mendoza is a passionate advocate for holistic health, with a lifelong curiosity about the intricate connection between mind and body. Diagnosed at a young age with a seizure disorder that left doctors puzzled, it was later discovered that emotional stress could be a key trigger. This revelation sparked a deep, personal journey for Ashley—one focused on understanding how emotions could be transformed into sources of strength rather than limitation.
She pursued her academic path at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a B.A. in Psychology. Fascinated by human behavior and the forces that shape it, Ashley began her early career in clinical research, where she spent five years rising through the ranks and managing clinical trials during the COVID-19 pandemic. Though she found fulfillment in contributing to vital medical advancements, her heart ultimately led her toward the world of holistic health.
Ashley now channels her experience and knowledge into helping others create more balanced, vibrant lives. She champions mental, sexual, and physical wellness, integrating practices like meditation, quality nutrition, and consistent physical activity into her daily life. Outside of her professional work, she maintains an active lifestyle through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, yoga, hiking, and traveling.
